About Dr. Vitor Pelegrim

Dr. Pelegrim is an expert physician in internal medicine and geriatrics, with a master's and PhD in areas related to aging and the health of older people. As a researcher at the University of Sao Paulo, he works on projects that aim to improve physical and mental capacities that impact quality of life. Dr. Pelegrim is a geriatrician at the Geriatrics Unit of the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre and a preceptor of the Medical Residency Programs in Geriatrics and Clinical Medicine at HCPA.

Our Vision

Our main goal is to optimize people's health, seeking healthy aging and quality of life through patient-centered medicine, guided by ethical conduct and based on the best scientific evidence available.

While there are no "magic pills", on the other hand, an individualized care plan, developed based on selected exams, combined with the rational use of medications and other therapies, mitigating adverse effects, results in real "miracles"!
